The starting point:

A simple student apartment with basic furniture that felt functional, but not like a real home. The budget was limited.


The design:

Instead of replacing everything, the focus was on the pieces with the biggest impact: a light sofa, a soft rug, a calm TV wall and a paper pendant light. Textiles and decorative elements add warmth, character and personality.


Why it matters for rentals:

Most rentals don't need a full renovation. Smart, budget-friendly changes like these can completely change how a space feels and photographs.
